Mukhyamantri Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana: launched online portal

The notification of Chief Minister Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana has been issued by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan, in which the Chief Minister Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana has been announced to provide relief to boys and girls suffering from rare diseases.

A boy or girl suffering from a rare disease means a boy or girl who is below 18 years of age and is suffering from a disease listed under the National Policy for Rare Diseases, 2021 of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Objective of Mukhyamantri Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana

To ensure the provision of financial assistance by the state government to such boys or girls of Rajasthan who are suffering from rare diseases for proper treatment, care and other necessary facilities, such boys or girls suffering from rare diseases and their families have to be provided continuous financial assistance on time as per eligibility.

Eligibility and conditions of Mukhyamantri Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana

In this, the age of the boy or girl should be less than 18 years, the applicant should be a native of Rajasthan or have a certificate of residence in Rajasthan for more than 3 years, under the scheme, such boy or girl will be eligible for financial assistance on the basis of proof of suffering from rare disease by the competent medical officer.

In addition to the grant or financial assistance mentioned under the scheme, a boy or girl suffering from a rare disease will be eligible for benefits under other schemes of the Government of India and the State Government.

How to apply for Mukhyamantri Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana

  1. The child suffering from a rare disease of the child or girl child will be applied online by the guardian through eMitra from the Jan Aadhaar number or biometric OTP from his own SSO ID.
  2. The general or family information of the applicant and the boy or girl will be obtained from the Aadhaar and Jan Aadhaar portal sje.rajasthan.gov.in.
  3. This will be done through DBT in the bank account registered in the mandate of the follower.
